Bountiful Blooms Farm Photography Terms of Service

We’re so excited to welcome you to Bountiful Blooms Farm for your photography session! Whether you’re a professional photographer or just capturing a special moment, we’re honored to be part of your story. To help protect our fields and ensure a beautiful experience for everyone, please review the following terms before your visit.

📍 Respect the Property

• Please stay within the designated flower field areas and do not enter any blocked or restricted zones.

• Do not sit, lean, or climb on fences or structures. They may appear sturdy but are not meant for weight-bearing and can easily break.

• Tread lightly. Stay on mowed paths where possible and avoid stepping on the flowers or cutting through rows.

• This is a working farm—please watch your step! Irrigation lines, uneven ground, and other tripping hazards may be present.

💐 Flower Field Etiquette

• Do not pick or damage any flowers. If you’re interested in purchasing flowers during your visit, just let us know!

• No glitter, confetti, fake flower petals, or similar materials are allowed. Let’s keep the field clean for all visitors.

📸 Social Media + Credit

• We’d love to see and share your beautiful photos! Please tag us in your social media posts:
  @bountifulbloomsfarm on Instagram and Facebook.

• Commercial use of images taken at our farm is allowed with proper credit and adherence to these terms.

🌧 Weather + Rescheduling

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to inclement weather or unsafe field conditions.

• If we need to cancel, we’ll reach out to you 1–2 hours prior to your scheduled session time.

• We kindly ask that only Bountiful Blooms Farm determines weather-related cancellations to avoid last-minute confusion.

🛑 Other Important Notes

• Pets are not allowed in the flower fields (with the exception of registered service animals).

• Please arrive on time. Your session begins at the time scheduled and ends as agreed, regardless of late arrivals.

• Leave no trace. Remove all props and trash before leaving.

• Children are welcome but must be closely supervised at all times.

By booking your session, you agree to these terms and understand that failure to follow them may result in being asked to leave the premises without a refund.
